Sometime between Feb. 22 and 23, a toolbox and two chemical containers were stolen from the bed of a truck parked in the 1700 block of Rosetta Way.

A 23-year-old man was arrested Feb. 23 near Ponderosa Drive and Arneill Road for allegedly forging a $250 check.

A vandal caused $950 in damage to a car parked in the 100 block of Camino Ruiz by cutting several wires and a hose on the car sometime between Feb. 23 and 24.

A home in the 2200 block of Derby Street was burglarized Feb. 24 sometime between 9:30 a.m. and 1:45 p.m. The victim reported $1,050 in stolen property.

A 26-year-old man was arrested Feb. 24 in the 600 block of E. Ventura Boulevard on charges of embezzlement and grand theft. The man allegedly stole six handbags from the Burberry store and then sold the property over the Internet. He was an employee of the store.

A burglar broke into a locked storage unit in the 100 block of N. Lewis Road and stole $1,845 in property sometime between Feb. 15 and 20.

A 22-year-old man was arrested Feb. 24 for allegedly shoplifting from Vons supermarket, 820 Arneill Road.

A 31-year-old man was cited and released Feb. 24 in the 500 block of Rosewood Avenue on charges of misdemeanor vandalism.

Sometime between Feb. 24 and 25, vandals caused damage to properties in the 700 block of Empress Street, the 700 block of Duvall Avenue and the 1600 block of Burnley Street.

A 19-year-old man was arrested Feb. 25 in the 700 block of E. Ventura Boulevard on charges of misdemeanor vandalism.

Vandals caused more than $400 in damage to a vending machine at the Camarillo Premium Outlets in the 700 block of E. Ventura Boulevard on Feb. 25.

Less than $400 in property was stolen from an unlocked car parked in the 1100 block of E. Ventura Boulevard sometime between Feb. 25 and 26.

A 28-year-old man was arrested Feb. 26 for allegedly shoplifting from the Kmart store, 940 Arneill Road.

More than $80 in merchandise was stolen from Market Liquor, 4421 N. Las Posas Road, on Feb. 26.

It was reported Feb. 26 that sometime between Dec. 16 and Jan. 8, about $12,500 in property was stolen from a home in the 2700 block of Amber Drive.

Sometime between Feb. 26 and 27, a car parked in the 500 block of S. Dawson Drive was burglarized. The victim reported $100 in stolen property.

Vandals caused more than $400 in damage to Las Colinas Middle School, 5730 Fieldcrest Drive. The vandals used spray paint.

Less than $400 in property was stolen from an unlocked car parked in the 6100 block of Calle Bodega sometime between Feb. 26 and 28.

Sometime between Feb. 26 and March 1, power tools valued at more than $400 were stolen from a business in the 10 block of Encino Avenue.

A 19-year-old man was arrested Feb. 27 in the 200 block of S. Glenn Drive for allegedly being under the influence of drugs and in possession of a switchblade.

A 35-year-old woman was arrested Feb. 28 in the 200 block of Village Commons Boulevard on charges of domestic violence that was committed in the 1600 block of Dewayne Avenue.

A car parked in the 200 block of Riverdale Court was burglarized Feb. 28. The victim reported that a purse and two cellphone accessories were stolen.

A 12-year-old boy was arrested Feb. 28 in the 800 block of Rosewood Avenue on charges of resisting arrest. The suspect was also charged with assaulting another person at the scene and causing less than $400 in damage to property. Another 12-year-old boy was arrested at the scene and charged with receiving stolen property and petty theft.

An unlocked home in the 1100 block of Baywood Avenue was burglarized Feb. 28 sometime between 11:30 a.m. and 4:45 p.m. The victim reported more than $8,500 in stolen property.

Sometime between Feb. 28 and March 1, vandals caused more than $400 in damage to a car parked in the 2400 block of Pickwick Drive.

A 50-year-old man was arrested March 1 in the 4000 block of Central Avenue on a charge of battery.

Between Feb. 23 and March 1, police reported arresting three people on suspicion of driving without a license or driving with a suspended license. During that same time period, one person was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, and 11 people were arrested on various drug charges.

Feb. 17
Deputies cited a woman who came to the police counter in Moorpark to get her impounded car released because records showed that the 33-year-old subject had an outstanding warrant in Hawthorne.

Feb. 18
Thieves stole property from a building in the 5000 block of Condor Drive.

A vehicle break-in occurred on Queens Road.

Graffiti vandals caused damage to property in the 4700 block of Moorpark Avenue.

Feb. 19
Police arrested a man who was in possession of methamphetamines and under the influence of drugs in the 300 block of Los Angeles Avenue. The man was on parole when the arrest occurred.

A man who possessed marijuana in his car was cited at the Shell Gas Station on Collins Drive.

Someone stole valuables and caused damage to property belonging to an apartment complex in the 4700 block of Moorpark Avenue. The value of the loss was less than $400.

During a traffic stop on Alderbrook Drive, police cited a man who possessed marijuana in his vehicle. The subject was also on probation.

A 58-year-old man was arrested near Highway 118 and Balcom Canyon Road for being intoxicated in public.

Feb. 20
Police arrested an 18-year-old man at the Moorpark Athletic Club. He is suspected of involvement in eight different crimes.

While making a disturbance response in the 700 block of Sierra Avenue, police arrested somebody on an outstanding felony warrant

Police arrested a 19-year-old man who possessed Ecstasy pills at Los Angeles Avenue and Buttercreek Road.

A man was arrested for continually living in a house on Gabbert Road that had been condemned by the city.

Somebody was cited for possessing marijuana inside his vehicle near Tierra Rejada Road and the 23 Freeway.

Feb. 21
In the 500 block of Spring Road, police cited a subject for possessing marijuana while on probation.

Someone was arrested in the first block of Majestic Court for possessing counterfeit DVDs and CDs.

Feb. 22
A man was arrested for being extremely intoxicated near the railroad tracks at the Metrolink train station on High Street.

Vandals burned an unknown object on a picnic table at Poindexter Park in downtown Moorpark.

Police arrested an 18-year-old man who possessed illegal drugs in the 300 block of High Street.

Feb. 23
Authorities arrested a man who stole groceries from a store in the 100 block of Los Angeles Avenue.

Police arrested a 21-year-old man who tried to steal a purse from an 84-year-old woman. The attempted purse snatching occurred in the 100 block of Park Lane.

Feb. 25
Authorities arrested two people who used fraudulent American Express gift cards to make about $7,000 worth of purchases from the Target store on Los Angeles Avenue.

A woman was cited for violating a court order at Moorpark High School.

Vandals caused less than $400 in damage after spray painting property in the 12700 block of Tierra Rejada Road.

Someone was cited for possessing marijuana in a vehicle at Tierra Rejada Road near South Hampton Road.

Someone used tan-colored paint to damage city property in the 13200 block of Peach Hill Road. The estimated loss from the damage was less than $300.

Feb. 26
In the 300 block of High Street, a 50-year-old man was arrested on four outstanding warrants.

Vandals caused $50 in damage by tagging property in the 4200 block of Tierra Rejada Road.

Police arrested a 26-year-old man on outstanding warrants. The subject also displayed signs of being under the influence of drugs when officers confronted him on Los Angeles Avenue.

Feb. 27
After a traffic stop on Tierra Rejada Road, police arrested a man who was driving while intoxicated.

Feb. 28
Two people were arrested for possessing more than 700 counterfeit DVDs and CDs with the intent to sell them. The arrest occurred on Courtney Lane, near Tierra Rejada Road.

Feb. 24
At E. Los Angeles Avenue and Bishop Lane, a 32-year-old woman was arrested for receiving stolen property and a 32-year-old man was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance.

A woman, 41, was arrested on a charge of transporting or importing into the state a controlled substance, and selling, administering or giving it away.

Feb. 25
During a traffic stop at Chandler and Caldwell avenues, a 22-year-old man was arrested for providing false identification to a police officer.

At First and Easy streets, a 35-year-old man was picked up for driving without a license.

A 25-year-old woman was arrested on a charge of forging a prescription for any drug.

Feb. 26
On the corner of E. Los Angeles and Yosemite avenues, a man, 29, was arrested for resisting, delaying or obstructing a peace officer.

A 45-year-old man was arrested for driving on a suspended license at Tapo Street and Adam Road.

Officers responded to a theft at the Target in the 2900 block of E. Cochran Street and charged a 53-year-old male suspect with burglary.

An 18-year-old man was arrested at Tracy Avenue and E. Cochran Street for possession of a controlled substance.

Feb. 27
A 45-year-old woman was picked up for shoplifting from the Kohl’s store in the 2900 block of Tapo Canyon Road.

Feb. 28
A 52-year-old man was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs at Erringer Road and E. Los Angeles Avenue.

At Placerita Drive and Placerville Court, a 30-year-old man was arrested for driving with a suspended license.

A man, 35, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the corner of Kuehner Drive and E. Los Angeles Avenue. An 18-year-old woman was also arrested for possession of alcohol.

March 1
In the 1500 block of E. Jefferson Way, a 55-year-old woman and a 46-year-old man were picked up for being drunk in public.

March 2
During a parole or probation search in the 2500 block of Erringer Road, a 28-year-old man was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance.

March 3
A man, 23, was arrested in the 700 block of Anson Street for possession of a controlled substance.

A 44-year-old woman was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs after causing an accident at the corner of E. Los Angeles Avenue and Erringer Road.

For being under the influence of controlled substances, the following subjects were arrested: a male, 19, at 3 a.m. March 2 at Acacia Road and Hemlock Lane; a male, 18, at 7:20 p.m. Feb. 25 at Lesser Drive and Reino Road (subject also possessed drug paraphernalia).

A home burglary was attempted between noon and 1:30 p.m. Feb. 25 in the 300 block of N. Castilian Avenue.

A male, 31, was arrested for shoplifting from Vons at 2100 Newbury Road at 8:21 p.m. March 2.

A female, 48, was arrested for stealing $84.50 in merchandise around 6:50 p.m. in the 1900 block of Newbury Road.

Property was stolen between Feb. 24 and 26 in the 1700 block of Newbury Road.

Vehicle break-ins occurred at the following locations: on March 1 or 2 in the 400 block of W. Hillcrest Drive; between 2:30 and 2:40 a.m. Feb. 19 in the 800 block of Cayo Grande; on Feb. 25 or 26 in the 500 block of Firecrest Court (unlocked); on Feb. 27 or 28 in the 4200 block of W. Potrero Road; on Feb. 25 or 26 in the 900 block of Via Candella; between Feb. 28 and March 1 in the 900 block of Lawrence Drive (tools stolen from two vehicles).

Thousand Oaks
A 28-year-old male pushed his live-in girlfriend, who was holding their 8-month-old child. The woman and child were injured in the ensuing fall, and the male subject was arrested at 10:45 a.m. March 3 in the 1700 block of Hillcrest Drive.

A male, 31, kidnapped someone around 3 p.m. Feb. 27 in the 1700 block of Summer Cloud Drive. He was arrested and also charged with false imprisonment and threatening to commit a crime at the Good Nite Inn at 26557 Agoura Road in Calabasas.

The following subjects were arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the times, dates and places indicated: a male, 52, at 8:35 a.m. March 1 at Westlake Boulevard and Avenida de Los Arboles (traffic accident); a female, 44, at 3:45 p.m. Feb. 26 in the 1800 block of Oberlin Avenue.

For being under the influence of controlled substances, the following subjects were arrested: a male, 58, at 4:45 p.m. Feb. 26 in the first block of Conejo Boulevard (subject also possessed controlled substances and drug paraphernalia); a female, 37, at 6:40 p.m. Feb. 26 in the 1300 block of Whitecliff Road (subject also possessed a glass methamphetamine pipe with residue).

For battering his ex-girlfriend and lying to police about his identity, a 35-year-old male was arrested at 2:30 a.m. March 2 at Rutgers Drive and Old Farm Road.

A male, 50, battered his fiancee around 9:30 p.m. Feb. 28 in the 500 block of Serento Circle.

A male, 24, was cited for battering a girlfriend who lives with him at 9:40 p.m. Feb. 28 in the 100 block of Prentiss Street.

A male, 20, was arrested for burglary and battery at 4:15 p.m. March 2 in the 1700 block of N. Moorpark Road.

A female, 23, was arrested for attempting to break into a bedroom and being under the influence of a controlled substance at noon Feb. 27 in the 1400 block of Rancho Lane.

A female, 31, was arrested for possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia at 4:10 p.m. Feb. 27 in the first block of Conejo Boulevard.

A male, 20, attempted to break into a locked vehicle around 3 p.m. March 2 in the 1800 block of Avenida de Los Arboles.

A male, 18, was arrested for possessing stolen property at 3:45 p.m. Feb. 25 in the 2800 block of N. Moorpark Road.

A male, 33, was arrested for receiving stolen property at 11:45 a.m. Feb. 26 at Wildwood Park.

Two females, 20 and 18, were cited for stealing merchandise at 4:15 p.m. Feb. 26 in the 500 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

A grand theft occurred on March 2 or 3 in the 300 block of Raindance Street.

A purse was stolen from the desk at the front of Paseo Nail Salon at 33 N. Moorpark Road between 6 and 6:15 p.m. Feb. 28.

A cellphone was stolen between 10:30 and 10:45 a.m. Feb. 25 in the 100 block of N. Lakeview Canyon Road.

Mail was stolen out of two mailboxes between 1 and 2:43 p.m. Feb. 25 in the 1200 block of Roselawn Avenue.

Someone vandalized property and committed a grand theft between Feb. 24 and March 1 in the 800 block of Calle Catalpa.

Money was stolen from a laundry coin drop machine and property damaged on Feb. 25 or 26 in the 700 and 800 blocks of St. Charles Drive.

Property was vandalized on Feb. 27 or 28 in the 3000 block of Camino Del Zuro.

A grand theft occurred between 8:45 and 8:55 p.m. March 1 in the 100 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

A burglary occurred around 8 p.m. March 1 at the AT&T store at 180 N. Moorpark Road.

A petty theft occurred on Feb. 24 or 25 in the 100 block of N. Oak View Drive.

A petty theft occurred on Feb. 25 or 26 in the 1400 block of Norwich Avenue.

Vehicle break-ins occurred at the following locations: on March 2 or 3 in the 400 block of Knollwood Drive; around 3 a.m. March 3 in the 2900 block of Los Robles Avenue (two vehicles); on March 2 or 3 in the 400 block of Encino Vista Drive (unlocked); on Feb. 25 in the 3100 block of Townsgate Road; between 2:30 and 2:55 p.m. March 2 in the 1800 block of Avenida de Los Arboles; on Feb. 26 in the 3100 block of Winterbrook Court; on Feb. 25 or 26 in the 3200 block of Independence Court (multiple vehicles); on Feb. 25 or 26 in the 300 block of Pepperwood Court (two vehicles, one unlocked); on Feb. 24 or 25 in the 3200 block of Valewood Circle (three vehicles); on Feb. 24 or 25 in the 600 block of Hampshire Road; on Feb. 24 or 25 in the 400 block of Ramble Ridge Drive.

A vehicle mirror was smashed on March 1 or 2 in the 1300 block of Calle Crisantemo.

Auto parts were stolen between Feb. 19 and 22 in the 3900 block of Auto Mall Drive.

Gang graffiti defaced property on March 2 or 3 in the 200 block of E. Wilbur Road.

Gang graffiti was discovered on March 3 in the 700 block of Warwick Avenue.

Profanity was spray painted on a cinder block wall on Feb. 26 or 27 in the 1100 block of Greenfield Street.

A male, 20, was involved in a hit-and-run traffic accident around 5:20 p.m. Feb. 25 in the 1300 block of La Granada Drive. A male, 27, was arrested for a similar crime at 3:50 p.m. Feb. 27 in the 1400 block of Calle Madreselva.

A 36-year-old male was cited for possessing an altered imitation firearm at 5 p.m. Feb. 26 at Chiquita Lane and Conejo School Road.

A male, 39, was cited for selling items from a cart without a permit at 3:06 p.m. Feb. 27 in the 800 block of Warwick Avenue.

The following subjects were cited for being minors in possession of alcohol: a male, 18, at 12:55 a.m. Feb. 24 at Avenida de Los Arboles and Parkview Drive; a male, 18, at 3:35 p.m. Feb. 27 in the 600 block of W. Hillcrest Drive (subject possessed a small amount of marijuana).

An 18-year-old male was cited for possessing a small amount of marijuana at 3:35 p.m. Feb. 27 in the 600 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

A male, 18, was cited for disturbing the peace after he knocked on doors loudly and yelled at 1:10 a.m. March 1 at Lang Ranch Parkway and Indian Ridge Circle.

The following subjects were arrested for being drunk in public: a female, 39, at 10:35 p.m. March 3 in the first block of E. Hillcrest Drive; a male, 51, at 4:55 p.m. Feb. 27 in the 500 block of N. Moorpark Road; a female, 44, at 9:30 p.m. Feb. 27 in the 2700 block of W. Sierra Drive.

A male, 33, was arrested for drinking alcohol in public and resisting arrest at 5:55 p.m. Feb. 27 in the 800 block of Warwick Avenue.

Westlake
A weapon was discharged into a business window, which shattered the glass, and property was stolen on Feb. 26 or 27 in the 4500 block of Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

Several pieces of jewelry were stolen from a home between 9:15 and 11:50 a.m. March 3 in the 2200 block of Shadow Spring Place.

A laptop computer and an external hard drive were stolen between Feb. 26 and March 1 in the 900 block of Westlake Boulevard.

Property was stolen from a storage bin on Feb. 20 in the 2800 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

Some people entered Vons at 2725 Agoura Road with the intent to steal around 8 p.m. March 1. They also drove a vehicle into a sign and tree on the property, and left without notifying anyone.

A vehicle was vandalized ($3,000 in damage) on Feb. 26 or 27 in the 3800 block of Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

A female, 48, was arrested for violating a restraining order at 2:30 p.m. March 1 in the 1000 block of Glenbridge Circle.

Someone obtained a vehicle through fraudulent means between March 15, 2009, and Feb. 19, 2010, in the 3000 block of Winding Lane.
